Embracing Your Potential
Mary L Curtis
“You are braver than you believe,
Stronger than you seem,
And smarter than you think”.
A.A.Milne
Personal awareness is key to you. It is key toyour health and well-being, not to mention your ability to be able to assistothers. Knowing what makes you happy, contented, fulfilled, passionate and whatsuccess means to you personally is key to personal awareness and understanding.
What is your why?
Why do you get up in the morning?
How much passion do you apply in your dailylife?
Do you love what you do?
Could you put love into everything you do?
How easy is it for you to put love intoeverything you do?
“To make profound changes in your life, you need either inspiration ordesperation”. Tony Robbins
Reiki, Homeopathy, coaching and hypnotherapyare certainly some of the ways to help you unlock your why, your potential andassist you to be the very best version of yourself that you can be. It is about change and understanding whatyour personal version of success really means.
Success
He has achieved success
who has lived well,
laughed often, and loved much;
who has enjoyed the trust of
pure women,
the respect of intelligent men and
the love of little children;
who has filled his niche and accomplished his task;
who has left the world better than he found it
whether by an improved poppy,
a perfect poem or a rescued soul;
who has never lacked appreciation of Earth's beauty
or failed to express it;
who has always looked for the best in others and
given them the best he had;
whose life was an inspiration;
whose memory a benediction.

Reiki is a natural healing system which willrecharge the cells with chi. You may have heard or experienced T’ai chi. Ki isthe Japanese word and prana the Indian word for life force.
Inevitably our life force ebbs and flows.Reiki will restore balance. It strengthens us in every way - mentally,physically, spiritually and emotionally. It encourages our creative abilities,brings positive change, increases intuition, facilitating our inner knowing andconnects us more to ourselves, our loved ones and the planet.
Reiki will also show us those things which nolonger serve us. Old outdated habits, maybe even a career, people who are notauthentic, or those who may be draining and compromising our energies andoverall well-being.
It will also give us strength to see the truthbehind certain situations, allowing us to take personal responsibility in ourdaily lives
For most people Reiki is life changing. Itchanged my life and in turn I have had the honour of assisting others.Supporting them on their inner journey brings me such joy.
Homeopathy is also a powerful tool to unlockyour potential. As homeopaths we are trained to seek, bring and maintainbalance with our patients. There are remedies to strengthen and restore everychakra, every organ, every emotion and by looking at our family history, toclear it for future and previous generations.
You may have heard of Rescue Remedy orEmergency Essence by Jan De Vries? They’re wonderful to restore balance intimes of crisis. Please note Jan De Vries have a wide range of essences; male,female, concentration, emotional, separation, relaxing, bowel, child to namebut few.
Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy facilitatefuture life progression. The key is to get the patient to visualise, observeand feel into their future. Any blocks can be worked through with emotionalfreedom technique (E.F.T). These methods can help us to understand thelearnings and lessons from any experiences which we have had, why we experienceblocks and/or barriers in our lives and so much more.
“A man cannot be comfortable without his ownapproval”.
Mark Twain
Failure is so commonly accepted in our societyand our greatest fear is often related to change. We fear what it will look andfeel like. We fear loss as we believe others may no longer love or want us intheir lives.
Our habits define us. We can have habits thatserve us and those which don’t. We need honesty when we are ready to change.Honesty about the things which are serving us, even the people too.
If you journal you may wish to write downthose habits, friendships, etc which serve you. If you don’t journal, now maybe a great time to start.
The ability to change takes vast amounts ofenergy and we ultimately need courage to embrace change. Courage comes from theheart. The heart has its own intelligence and by listening to our intuitivenudges we connect to ourselves, others and the planet. You may like to look upwww.heartmath.org
It really does take courage to be open-heartedand open-minded, allowing ourselves to be honest about our limitations andwhether or not they are real, or simply a result of conditioned patterns ofbehaviour, or different beliefs andcultural systems.
Rome was not built in a day and it takes timeto decide upon whether we want to establish a business, expand a business,improving ourselves, our relationships and indeed how much commitment anddedication we choose to give to the project at hand. Embracing a successfulrelationship with ourselves is essential.
If we are welcoming in new potential then weare accepting and embracing change by acknowledging the desire to move forward.
