Hi everyone, a very warm welcome to my website.
I am Mary Curtis. Over the last 24 years in my busy practice I have treated thousands of people successfully.

I believe in a world where people live a better, more fulfilling, balanced, committed life and can empower themselves into wellbeing.

I am a natural empath, intuitive and person-centred. I have a very gentle, kind and reassuring way of dealing with my clients and patients, ensuring they feel safe, heard and acknowledged.
​
My personal healing journey began when I was diagnosed with ME/CFS.
​
When the normal medical profession couldn't heal me over twenty years ago and the GP told me to go home, get rid of my precious hiking boots and get used to living - or rather NOT living, I knew I had to find a way to heal myself. Since then my journey has been to educate myself in all aspects health and wellbeing; mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally.
​
Reiki Healing and Homeopathy restored my health and within three months I was running my own clinic in Longridge, Preston. The rest is history as they say.
​
Since then I trained in both. A year later as a clinical hypnotherapist, psychotherapist then as a life-coach and I'm always open to learning more.

I have also written seven books to empower the reader to change their lives and live more fully.

I have successfully helped people from all walks of life; doctors, surgeons, actors, journalists, TV directors & professional footballers.

I use a variety of skills, healing, intuition, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, counselling and coaching techniques.

Mary is such an amazing and wonderful lady! She is so in tune with everything and everyone around her. You can certainly feel her energy!I first met Mary in 2012 when she had been recommended to me by a friend. I took my son to see her for some healing. From the first moment I met her on her doorstep, I knew we would be great friends! She has such an infectious smile and gives the most wonderful hugs. I’m not broken” I remember saying when I met Mary for the first time, “but I need to heal”. “I've been shrouded for 16 years, but I’m nearly free (divorce) and need to freshen me up to continue the spiritual journey I started decades ago and then explore energy movement, and somehow do good for others” was my “brief” to Mary. How little did I know I was about to experience the full realm of this beautiful soul Mary at her kindest best and, I have to say, how wonderful the journey has been, and continues to be. First stop a Reading (insightful, interesting, made loads of notes, and even now, months after that first reading “coincidences' ' are slotting into place). Next, some Reiki to balance my own energy (though in fairness I’m sure it was a two-way benefit for us both). Then a home visit to conduct House Clearing, removing any bad energy, just in case. A good natter and exploring everything from life and the spiritual (was that Life Coaching Mary imparted)... and the Books & Cards (how does Mary have so many books that are shared freely and in abundance? I have a year's worth of reading I’m sure as well as having bought Mary’s own books & her recommendations from Amazon) Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 Attunement (I’m on the right path and it’s working, I even got a certificate, at my age). More books, another reading, a beautiful gift, coincidences happening, intuition surfacing and becoming part of my life again, beautiful calmness, energy moving, wisdom gathering, my face smiling, meditating every day, and just not enough time in the day to send Reiki healing to my loved ones… And I made a new friend.

I met Mary Curtis, over 23 years ago, since then. She has been by my side through divorces, serious neurological nerve damage after a work injury, loss of my sister recently.This incredible lady, I would have been lost without, when I was diagnosed with a rare auto immune condition, Nicknamed ( the suicide disease ) CRPS for short. As a retired nurse due to above injuries, loss of job, marriage, mobility, and longterm loss of function. Without cure. I was in a dark place, physically, mentally and of course emotionally. I must say, Mary helped me see the most wonderful world, even when in the most overwhelming suffering ... I first went to see Mary about 9 years ago. I was lost and found it very difficult to communicate or understand my feelings after suffering loss of close family members at a young age, growing up with parents with substance abuse and dealing with a cancer diagnosis of my own. After seeing various therapists and leaving feeling worse I felt nothing was going to work for me but as soon as I met Mary that instantly changed. She instantly made me feel safe. She’s welcoming and understanding and I finally felt like I could speak and cry and truly begin the healing process. My first session with Mary was booked for one hour and we were together for nearly three. She’s non judgmental and offers so much reassurance. Mary Curtis is an inspiration. A long time friend, I’m honoured to have her in my life. Always there to take calls and give words of advise and encouragement. Her books are also a bit of Mary through and through. Giving her feelings and ideas to have a peaceful and a more tuned in life. The journal helps people like me, who don’t always know where to start or how to get the most from, to expend an understanding of my thoughts, what messages are being showed to me. Plus we don’t always remember dreams or small signs we are shown through the days or weeks. I’m grateful for this guided journal and excited with my progress already. Natures daily signs, my positivity and gratitude which I’m feeling more from these last few wks. I am interested also to read back through next year and reflect on my spiritual growth. Im also more mindful of what I’m putting into my body. Always water and maybe some naughty treats lol which won’t kill you. All in all moderation. Having a journal which prompts you to read more and listen to more music, to focus on meditation and starting your day the best way. I first met Mary at one of the most difficult times in my life. I didn’t know which way to turn or what to do. Mary immediately made me feel at ease, and comfortable in confiding in her.
